According to “Pump Money into Your Wallet,” a brochure produced by the PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), if your vehicle does not require premium or mid-grade fuel, you should purchase less expensive regular unleaded gasoline realizing a savings of approximately $0.19 per gallon. The brochure points out that producing higher-octane gasoline uses more crude oil than the lower octane gasoline, and may often involve the use of toxic substances, which means your wallet and the environment suffers.

Motorcycle Learner’s Permit Changes Motorcycle operators are now required to successfully complete a motorcycle knowledge test before they receive a Class M motorcycle learner's permit. Previously, a completed application and payment of related fees was all that was required to obtain a motorcycle learner's permit.

HARRISBURG, PA. – Legislation that would prohibit price gouging during and immediately after a state of disaster emergency was approved by the Senate today, according to state Sen. Joe Conti (R-Bucks, Montgomery). Senate Bill 450 prohibits “unconscionably excessive” pricing during a declared state of disaster emergency and 30 days after.
