  • And Then There Were Five – Falcon Update
    Life is a bit fuzzy on the 15th floor ledge of the Rachel Carson State Office Building, and it is not from the height. What first appears as a bag of cotton balls dumped in the peregrine falcon nest, is really five fluffy white hatchlings.   (05/12/06)

    Pennsylvania’s peregrine falcon fans should find things running ‘eggs-actly’ on schedule for delivery of the first egg on the 15th floor ledge of the Rachel Carson State Office Building, according to the PA Department of Environmental Protection.
